Patricia Galos is originally from New Mexico although she spent her youth in various locations surrounding the Houston area. She graduated from New Mexico State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She graduated from the University of Houston College Of Optometry in 2008. She was elected to Beta Sigma Kappa for her outstanding educational accomplishments and received various academic accomplishments including the excellence in Neuro-Ophthalmology Service Award. After graduation, Dr. Galos began a residency in Ocular Disease at the Eye Center of Texas where she received intense training in the treatment of a wide range of ocular disease and refractive surgery patients. Dr. Galos is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association and the Harris Country Optometric Society. She is actively involved in Rotary International, Optimist International and the La Porte-Bayshore Chamber of Commerce. In her spare time she enjoys golf and music.
